Returns and complaints

 

Order cancellation

 

If you are a consumer – in principal, you have the right to cancel the distance contract.

 

You can cancel the contract by sending us a declaration of the contract cancellation by e-mail sent to the address: 

biuro@skoryjanosik.pl

 

Return the item to us immediately to the following address: os. Nowe 41a 34-400 Nowy Targ, although not later than within 14 days from the date you cancelled the order.

 

You can cancel the contract within 14 days

 

The fourteen-days period for contract cancellation starts:

  • for the contract in which we dispatch the item, being obligated to transfer its ownership – from taking the item into your possession or the third party designated by you other than the carrier;
  • for the digital content – from the date of the contract conclusion.



To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry date. 

 

The payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the items on the terms indicated in the Terms & Conditions, will be refunded to you immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the cancellation statement from you.

 

We may withhold the refund of the payment you have made until we receive the items back or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

 

Remember that the right to cancel a distance contract is not available to a consumer, among others, in relation to the contract: 

 

    • in which the subject of the service is non-prefabricated item, produced according to the consumer’s specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs, 
    • in which the subject of service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life,
    • in which the subject of service is an item delivered in sealed package, which after opening cannot be returned due to health protection or hygienic matters, if the package was opened after the delivery, 
    • in which the subject of service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed package, if the package has been opened after the delivery, 

 

  • for the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a material medium, if the performance began with the consumer’s explicit consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing him by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to cancel the contract.

Complaints



If the item purchased from us turns out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. It is best to submit it on e-mail address: biuro@skoryjanosik.pl or by post to the address: os. Nowe 41a 34-400 Nowy Targ 

 

The items under complaint should be send to the address: os. Nowe 41a 34-400 Nowy Targ

 

Due to the defect, you can request: 

 

 

  • replacement of the items for the ones free from defects,
  • defect removal

 

 

or submit a statement about : 

 

 

  • price reduction
  • contract cancellation– in the event of a significant defect.

 



We are responsible towards you for the defects found within two years from the delivery date of the item. 

 

As a rule, you can submit a complaint within a year of noticing the defect, but the time to file a complaint cannot end before Seller’s liability period. 




Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
